What’s Next? — Professional Direction
This may be for you if the problem is no longer one specific decision. You know that the way things were no longer works for you, but you do not yet know what comes next.
“I don’t want to work this way anymore. But how do I want to work?”
“I have a lot of experience. What do I want to take with me into the next stage?”
“I don’t want to start from zero, but I also don’t want to repeat what I have already done.”
“What kind of next chapter actually makes sense for me to build?”
One session is usually not enough here because the answer is not yet among ready-made options. We first look at what is no longer working, what is worth keeping, and what has become important to you now.
AgileBrain is included in the work. It is a short image-based assessment that helps explore what may be especially important to you right now and may be influencing your decisions. You receive the results immediately on screen and by email.
After the first part of the work, a few possible directions begin to emerge. Between sessions, you can gather more information, talk to people, try something out, and notice how you respond to those possibilities. At the next session, we look at what has changed.
After the work, you do not simply understand yourself better. Instead of being stuck at “I don’t know where to go,” you have a few real directions, understand what is worth testing, and can start moving forward — gathering the information you need, trying things out, having the conversations you need, and making the next decisions.
Format: introductory conversation up to 20 minutes → first session: in-depth exploration of your request and working agreement, up to 90 minutes → AgileBrain → results review session, up to 60 minutes → time between sessions to test and explore possible directions → final session and next-step planning, up to 60 minutes.
