Search engine and AI optimization

We have substantially rebuilt the technical SEO foundation of eMeet and prepared the platform for AI search: ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini. The goal is simple — to help clients find you and your services more often.

An expert's own domain is now the primary one in search

  • For experts on the Domain plan, the own domain is now the primary address for Google and AI systems. The eMeet profile points to your website as the original source (canonical, hreflang, structured data).
  • Your domain has its own robots.txt and sitemap.xml, so search engines crawl it as a separate, fully fledged website.
  • If the Domain plan expires, visitors and search engines are automatically sent to your profile on the platform (permanent 301 redirect) — no traffic is lost.
  • Technical subdomains no longer create duplicate pages or dilute your profile.
What you get
Search authority, links and rankings build up around your brand. Your platform profile no longer competes with your website in search results, and clients see your own address in Google.

Ready for AI search

  • robots.txt explicitly allows AI bots: OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, Google, Apple, Meta, Amazon, DuckDuckGo, Mistral.
  • /llms.txt — a concise site summary for language models. For the platform it lists sections and plans; for an expert's own domain it lists the profile, services, packages and courses with prices.
  • /pricing.md — plans and prices in an easy machine-readable format.
  • Plan prices are now present in the page HTML: previously AI agents that do not run JavaScript saw «—» instead of a price.
What you get
AI assistants can correctly recommend you to clients and quote your actual services and prices.

Schema.org structured data

  • JSON-LD markup for expert profiles, services, reviews, blogs and posts, courses, FAQ, help pages and breadcrumbs.
  • The profile on the platform and on the own domain is described as one and the same person, without duplicates.
What you get
Rich snippets in Google (ratings, prices, answers) and a better understanding of your profile by search engines and AI systems.

Sitemap and indexing

  • A new sitemap.xml index split by section and language, including Bulgarian.
  • The page update date in the sitemap changes only when the content actually changes: a post, a course, a profile.
  • Empty profile sections (no services, posts, courses or reviews) are left out of the sitemap and excluded from indexing.
  • Blog and course category pages are indexed under stable URLs.
What you get
Google notices your new content faster, and empty pages no longer lower the quality score of your profile.

Languages and canonical URLs

  • Canonical URLs and language alternates (hreflang) now follow the content language: a Ukrainian post is not indexed as an English one.
  • Old URLs are permanently redirected without losing rankings, and www leads to the main domain.
  • Pagination is crawlable by search bots.
What you get
Each piece of your content reaches the right audience in the right language, and accumulated rankings are preserved.

Reliability and security

  • During temporary outages search engines receive a proper «temporarily unavailable» code instead of «page not found».
  • Non-existent list pages and unknown categories return a real 404 error.
  • Public lists and filters are better protected, and pages load faster thanks to caching and parallel requests.
  • Error pages are translated into all languages, and the brand name is no longer doubled in titles.
What you get
A short outage no longer drops your pages from the index, and the website is faster and more secure.
