Anastasiia Yaroshyk
Since 2018, I have been working in the field of project management, dedicating most of my career to grant-funded programs. This experience has given me a deep understanding of how traditional philanthropy works, while also motivating me to seek more complex and effective solutions.
Today, I research and help implement alternative financing models for social and artistic initiatives. My goal is to shift the focus from exhausting bureaucracy to real impact and transparency.
I assist organizations and donors in moving away from short-term, "project-based" thinking in favor of strategic development of infrastructure and R&D centers.
Areas of expertise (consulting services):
- Core support: transitioning to funding that prioritizes infrastructure and people instead of isolated tasks.
- DAO (decentralized autonomous organizations): creating systems of decentralized management and budget distribution.
- Quadratic funding: implementing mathematical funding models that amplify the community's voice.
- Pay It Forward: creating sustainable support cycles where the success of one initiative becomes a resource for the next.
What we can talk about: if you are looking for ways to make initiative financing transparent, technological, and paperless — I would be glad to exchange experiences and ideas.
