I am an entrepreneur, Fractional COO and consultant to owners of service and product-based businesses. I help companies transition from chaotic management to a systematic operational model: I build processes, teams, delivery and management systems that enable the business to grow without constantly overburdening the founder.

I have over 17 years’ experience in marketing and over 9 years in entrepreneurship. I am the founder of the marketing agency Marketorium and the consultancy project PolyakConsulting, owner of the MRIYA Club business community, and a mentor for programmes such as Erasmus, Visa, OLX, Raiffeisen, EBA and others.

Key areas of expertise: business systematisation, delegation, operational management, marketing and team building. I take a practical approach, using real-world case studies and implementing solutions, rather than relying solely on theory.
