My name is Oksana Melnychenko.

I am a psychoanalytic coach. This is a combination of the conscious (coaching) and the unconscious (psychoanalysis).

I am a graduate of the first International Academy of Psychoanalytic Coaching.

Psychoanalytic coaching is a journey to oneself. I help to find hidden motives, overcome unconscious defense mechanisms (shame, guilt, procrastination, etc.) to open up new possibilities. My task is to support you in changes and show that even the most difficult barriers can be transformed into a resource.

My goal is to help you:

• build a clear action plan and move towards the result;
• see and overcome internal obstacles (fear, doubts, procrastination, resistance, freezing, shame, guilt, etc.);
• find a balance between analysis and concrete steps;
• discover new opportunities in difficult situations.

I will not tell you what and how you need to do, rescue you, or judge your path.

I will be by your side on the way to your goal. I will help you choose your decisions and actions that will be comfortable and productive for you.
