I have 20 years of business experience in international agricultural companies: I worked in marketing, sales, and key account management, and headed the marketing direction and key accounts department. That is why I understand well not only training as such but also real business logic: results, responsibility, commercial pressure, managerial mistakes, and the consequences of weak communication for the company.
