It started with a single training event in the early 2000s. I sat in a room and heard ideas about human behaviour, decision-making, and performance that nobody had ever told me before. I remember thinking: why didn't anyone teach me this earlier? And more importantly — how do I learn everything there is to know about it?

That curiosity never left. But first, I had a business career to build.

Over the next two decades, I built a career across some of Ukraine's leading industrial, financial, and service companies — gaining experience in high-stakes negotiation, deal structuring, and the kind of strategic decisions that don't come with a second chance. I learned how organisations work from the inside: what actually drives decisions, where the real risks live, and how much of business is psychology dressed up as strategy.

Then I started my own business from scratch. No blueprint, no guarantee, everything on the line. That taught me things no corporate role can — what it means to bet on yourself, to build something real from nothing, and to absorb the full cost of getting it wrong. Some of those lessons were expensive. All of them were useful.

Along the way, I've run four marathons. I mention this not as a personality detail but because the experience mirrors what I see in clients: the hardest part is rarely the distance. It's knowing how to keep moving when stopping feels justified.

Then, in 2022, the war forced a decision I hadn't planned for: leave Ukraine and start over. New country, new environment, no established network — much of what I had built became suddenly inaccessible. I rebuilt from the ground up, again. But this time it wasn't a business. It was everything at once.

I mention it not as background detail, but because it's the reason I understand — more than most — what it actually costs to navigate a major transition without a clear map. That experience didn't just inform this work. In many ways, it created it.

Today I work as a coach and psychologist — combining everything I've built, lost, and rebuilt into a practice designed for people facing the moments that matter most.

I am ICF ACC certified, hold an MBA from the University of Wales, certifications from Yale and the University of Edinburgh, and am completing a Master's degree in psychology. I work online with clients globally.

Every client I take on reminds me of who I was at a crossroads. That's not a coincidence. That's the point.
