Service Package

Service Package is a prepaid plan purchased for a fixed price (for example, 1000 UAH) that provides the user with an internal budget (for example, 1200 UAH) to use for consultations and other specialist services on the platform.

The budget (package value) can be flexibly spent on various services of the specialist from whom you purchased it until fully used.

Ordering a Service Package from a Specialist

Go to the page of the specialist you need in the Services section, select the service type Service Package to filter all packages, and in the card of the desired package, click Buy.

Then proceed to pay for the selected package.

Payment Using the Package

When ordering consultations, events, or specialist services from whom you purchased the service package, at the final step you will be offered to pay for the order using the package funds.

This way, you can get significant discounts on specialist services.

Managing Active Packages

You can see the remaining balances of all active packages on the specialist's page — at the top right next to their name, there will be a block with the balance.

Or in My Office -> Services and Packages -> My Packages

By clicking on a specific package, you can view the history of funds usage from that package.
