For almost 20 years, I have been engaged in legal practice. I have seen how behind formal disputes hide resentments, fears, unspoken expectations, and long-standing stories that people sometimes repeat for years.
Later, I realized that I want to work not only with the consequences of human conflicts but also with what causes them. This is how mediation, coaching, and psychology appeared in my life.
Today, I help people explore their own life scripts, understand why certain situations repeat, and find the possibility to act differently.
I am particularly interested in how a person can be strong, responsible, successful, support others for years, yet at the same time lose contact with their own desires. Why do we sometimes know what we do not want but do not dare to choose what we desire? Why do we promise ourselves not to repeat old mistakes anymore, but then find ourselves in a familiar situation again?
In my work, I combine transactional analysis and other psychological approaches with coaching tools and experience in conflict work. It is important for me not to impose the right answers on a person but to help them see their own patterns, contradictions, and choices.
I am convinced that our past explains a lot but should not define our future forever.
